I began my Kalaripayattu journey in Kerala at Maruthi Kalari Sangam, where I trained under experienced masters to master this ancient martial art. Over the years, it has honed not just my physical strength but also focus, discipline, and body-mind awareness. Today, I teach Kalaripayattu, guiding students to develop strength, agility, and confidence while connecting with this rich traditional practice.
